- The above video shows the production process of the company’s ceramic balls, which is mainly divided into six parts: ingredient mixing, ball milling processing, large-scale spray granulation, molding, firing, inspection and packaging.
1. Ingredient Mixing: Scientific formula: Ensure that the various performance indicators of the products reach or exceed the standards.
2. Ball Milling Processing: Control the fineness of the ball milling slurry to ensure that no defects occur in the molding process of the products and to improve the compressive strength of the products.
3. Large-scale Spray Granulation: Dehydrate the slurry and turn it into uniform and fine particles, providing molding conditions for automation, and ensuring the consistency of product specifications.
4. Molding: Use fully automatic stoneware molding to ensure the consistency of the products and a high strength of the green bodies.
5. Firing: Use fully automated temperature-controlled firing to reduce the temperature difference in the kiln and ensure the quality of firing.
6. Inspection and Packaging: Advanced detection instruments for various indicators to prevent the occurrence of unqualified products.
