What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when
(1)we have received your deposit, and
(2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We mainly accept T/T, L/C, West Union.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do have a minimum order quantity for our inert ceramic balls. The specific MOQ may vary depending on the type, size, and material specifications of the ceramic balls you require. Could you please let us know your specific needs? We’ll then provide you with the exact minimum order quantity accordingly.
What about the package?
Our normal package ways are:
Tower random packings: by plastic bag + Pallet.
Structured chemical packing: by paper carton + pallet or wooden case.
Inert ceramic balls and alumina balls: plastic bags + pallet. Or steel drums + pallet.
I don't know much about inert ceramic balls. Are there any relevant industry standards available for download as references?

How to arrival your factory?
First of all, you are more than welcome to visit our factory in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. We will attach great importance to your visit from afar. Please contact us in advance and inform us of your specific itinerary, and we will arrange for a driver to pick you up.
1: You can fly to here, then we pick you up at the airport by car. (from airport to factory need 1 hour by car). The nearest airpot to factory is: Huanghua Changsha airport. If you from the Australia or European, or Middle East or North American or South American or Africa. You can first reach the international city ariport such as: Beijing, or Shanghai or Hongkong. Then from this airport to Changsha airport. There is some international flight directly to the Changsha airport, such as: Hongkong, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Seoul, Singapore, Bali etc.
If you are in China, you also can come here by train. There is two railway station. One is Pingxiangrailway station, another one is Pingxiang North railway station (high speed rail station). Our factory to the two station way is 40miuntes by car.
If you are in China, you can directly driver to our factory. There are two expressway through the Pingxiang city. One is Fu-kun highway, another is Qinghong highway.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

Normally Shanghai and Qingdao, we can also ship the goods to the port according to customer request.

How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
In which fields are inert ceramic balls used?
Inert ceramic balls are mainly used as supporting, covering or filling materials in reactors and towers in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fertilizers, and environmental protection:
- Supporting catalysts: Prevent catalyst particles from moving, wearing or settling due to fluid impact, ensuring the stability of the reaction bed.
- Covering and protection: Laid on top of the catalyst layer to evenly distribute fluids and avoid direct impact on the catalyst; or laid at the bottom to prevent catalyst leakage.
- Filling and isolation: Play an isolating role between different catalyst layers, or assist in mass and heat transfer in tower equipment to optimize reaction efficiency.
Their inert nature ensures they do not participate in reactions, while their high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance allow them to adapt to harsh working conditions.
What are the commonly used specifications and sizes of inert ceramic balls?
Common specifications by diameter (mm): 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 19, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50. Other sizes can be customized.
