Preparation work for inert ceramic balls

(1) Before filling the porcelain balls, all the dust and debris inside the tower must be thoroughly cleaned.

(2) Inside the tower, mark the height lines for the porcelain balls and catalysts according to the filling drawings.

(3) For large-scale construction projects, necessary machinery such as cranes and hoists should be prepared.

(4) The staff involved in filling the porcelain balls should have clear divisions of labor and be dedicated to specific tasks to avoid causing a chaotic situation.

(5) Check whether the porcelain balls and catalysts are consistent with the requirements for filling the porcelain balls.

Construction process

(1) When filling the most 疷 layer in the tower, be careful not to cause damage to other systems in the tower. After laying the first layer, it is required to evenly spread the surface with tools to ensure that the surfaces of this layer are on the same horizontal line.

(2) After the installation of the most 疷 layer is completed, the panels for the construction personnel to install the second layer on top should be laid out to prevent the workers from standing directly on the ceramic balls for construction, which may cause horizontal movement of the ceramic ball layer.

(3) The thickness of each layer of porcelain balls should be accurate and uniform. Use a shovel or scraper to scrape the surface, and the height should be consistent with the horizontal line marked at the laying height.

Notes

(1) To facilitate the operation of the staff, the low-voltage lighting should be connected to the interior of the tower.

(2) Before operation, staff members should remove any easily detached items they carry with them, wear professional work clothes and take other safety measures.

(3) Construction must be carried out strictly in accordance with the ceramic ball filling construction drawings, and a recheck must be conducted after the construction is completed.

(4) One or two operators shall enter the lower head through the manhole at the bottom of the synthesis tower, fill the porcelain balls at the bottom of the synthesis tower to the height line for filling the porcelain balls, and then level them with a scraper.

(5) Measure the height of the remaining space, calculate the volume of the remaining space and the amount of porcelain balls required.

(6) After the final installation is completed, a careful review of the entire construction process should be conducted.
